well rite now am so stressed out about cxc.........................i don't think am ready as am not that focused to study and am doing 6 subjects, i need assistance in the aid of some study techniques. mock exams start march 11, 2013 which is next monday and am not prepared

Why are they (cxc)giving us the paper two in the morning

edpm was super easy both papers bt i did not get to finish paper 2..once you prepare for the test u will do good!

CXC CSEC IS QUITE EASY GUYS! AS LONG AS U WORK HARD ALL YEAR LONG & PAY ATTENTION IN ALL CLASSES.....& DONT LISTEN TO & BELIEVE ALL THE NEGATIVE STUFF THT U HEAR ABOUT CXC CSEC EXAMS! I DID IT LAST YEAR & DIDN'T EVEN REALLY STUDY MUCH & I GOT 7 ONES (BIO, CHEM, PHYSICS, SPANISH, MATHS, ENG.A, ENG.B) & A TWO IN GEOGRAPHY...& THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS TO RELY ON GOD TO HELP YOU THROUGH...ALL THE BEST TO EVERYONE WHO DID CXC CSEC EXAMS THIS YEAR... =)

Hey,have anyone NOTICE the BIG difference with 2010 cxc exams, and 2011 exams.This year exams were much harder than last year, which i think is unfair.Just compare every paper from last year with this year,there is a completely difference,and much SUSCEPTIBLE cxc papers given last year.CXC,com too hard on us this year.

my exams are going well i do spanish; french; edpm; social studies; information technology; english and maths and so far so good

For all the persons who is having a problem in english. Just take this advise...... ok there is a part in section 3 where you are required to do a Narrative or a Descriptive writing.... ok for the narrative they always give us a one to choose from a topics and one where u start with these sentence or include this sentence or end with this sentence. Well write a story and let a teacher or someone proof read it and make sure its good enough and just swat it rigth and just choose the one which tell u to start or end or include this sentence in ur story and just rewrite the story to the best of ur ability and and just include the sentence where the exam tell u to put it ...... remember now dont carry the paper in the exam just swat the story and write it in the exam i did that and got a 2 in it. so u could try it

So I could not help but notice the anxiety in some of these comments by students preparing to write the examinations. Broad-based advice on most subjects areas. Geography and Social Studies are related. Social Studies is so easy I got a distinction when I wrote in 2007. Its basically stuff you did in your SBA and normal school work. Most of the work in paper 1 come from Primary school. English is pretty easy but I understand some people still have problems. Best advice is to read a lot and work on writing essays and using colourful language (adjectives, verbs, pronouns, etc.) Plenty of those come for both Eng Lit and Lang. For EDPM P2, time is the essence. try improving your typing skills by practicing and learn the formats properly. Believe me everything on the paper that is coming, you did in class. Lastly aim for the Grade 1s. I always thought I could only get 3s and guess what? I passed all ten subjects and I was a business student and got 4 grade 1s, 4 grade 2s. I got three is math and accounts. Today I am a journalist and will soon complete my degree in Journalism. Good luck to everyone. You have the ability. keep that in mind.
