Short story writing competition for Guyanese writers

Signifyinguyana is inviting Guyanese writers of all ages to participate in their first annual short story competition. There is no age limit. The competition however is open ONLY to Guyanese writers living in Guyana.

You may submit up to three original stories which have never been published. 

Entries will be accepted until April 15, 2009, and winners will be announced in May 2009

Prizes:

1st Prize: US$550 and publication (TBA)

2nd Prize: US$325 and publication (TBA)

3rd Prize: US$125 and publication (TBA)
