Here are tutorials notes which cover the "Applications and Implications of ICT"  section of the CXC CSEC Information Technology exam.

applications in i.t are credit cards, debit cards, smart cards, automated teller machines, electronic funds transfer, security cameras, finger printing, surveillance, and CAT SCANS, etc.
implications of i.t are simply the jobs in computing such as IT managers, file librarians, web page designers,operations manager, programmers,computer engineers, etc...
