i think Guyana needs a school

i think Guyana needs a school for adults, so that everyone can get access to free education..its really sad that some people are willing to study but because of lack of finance ..they can't..i hope the minister of education can do something about this.

This is a good idea that Guyana has. Why don't the other Caribbean countries try to do something extra to help the children as well?
