could you help me get over cxc fright, i always get good grades in my class exams and i always panick when it comes to cxc exams. please help me get over it please i would be greatful for your help.

We have a lot of resources here for coping with exam fright. I suggest you use the search box to see if you can find some of the learning resources we have collected here to help you.
In addition, most of the members here are also sitting the CXC exams with you. They are a great resource to talk to about your feelings about the exams. I suggest you try to connect with some people in this community who are also sitting exams with you and who are having the same problems so that you all can be a support network for each other.
The meebo bar (at the bottom of every page in the community) is a great way to add people to your friend network.
