I never know that's how studying is really about taking it easy with small minutes I thought that you should do studying for three (3) hours straight thanks that's a really great study tip.
learning to study is like learning any habit: it takes practice and time. So you start by doing shorter study periods but really making them work for you. You write out answers to questions and work out problems in your subjects.
When your mind and body stops rebelling so much about sitting still and concentrating, you can start adding more minutes to your study time without feeling all the pressure to run away and do something/anything else.
